WiseAthena is currently undergoing SOC 2 Type II certification, with the goal of completing the audit with an independent, accredited firm. Our security, availability and confidentiality controls are reviewed on an ongoing basis, governed by our Risk Committee, to ensure our customers' data is protected at all times.
Trust service criteria covered
The system is protected against unauthorized access — both physical and logical — through access controls, encryption and continuous monitoring.
The platform operates in line with agreed service levels, with proactive infrastructure monitoring and incident recovery procedures.
Information designated as confidential — including customer data — is protected through least-privilege access policies.
Our security programme
- Periodic control assessment by an independent, accredited audit firm.
- Continuous control evaluation — not a point-in-time snapshot — based on risk management and ongoing improvement.
- Scope: WiseAthena analytics platform and supporting systems (infrastructure, logical access, operations, change management).
- Findings are managed and remediated under the oversight of the Risk Committee through regular reviews.
